Off the oars he ties the shop's signature stonefly patterns and runs the guide-training program every spring.
Lodge & Trip Coordinator
Olivia is the reason Ospreyline trips feel effortless. She pairs every party with the right water, the right guide, and the right cabin — then quietly rearranges the week when a hatch moves or weather turns.
She also runs the riverside kitchen program, sourcing every lodge menu from valley farms.
Heli Fishing Guide
Liam leads our remote-access program across alpine basins in Alaska and the South Island. A former backcountry ranger, he manages mountain weather, bear-aware camps, and landings with calm precision.
His clients average their personal-best rainbow within the first two heli days — a statistic he refuses to brag about, so we will.
Angling Instructor
Lucas teaches every beginner who fishes with us and re-teaches plenty of veterans. His half-day casting school — included with every first trip — is why our guests hook fish in hour one instead of day two.
