Our origin
A basecamp built by guides, not marketers.
Founder Ethan Ramirez spent eleven seasons rowing clients through Montana's canyon stretches before opening the Ospreyline basecamp at Riverbend Trail. The idea was simple — keep parties small, pay guides properly, and never fish tired water twice in one week.
Today the crew runs lodge expeditions, heli-access days, and classic drift floats across four legendary regions, with the same rulebook: premium gear, honest advice, and catch & release on every trip.

Our headquarters sits thirteen miles up a dirt road, where the cell signal dies and the evening rise begins. Guests sleep in timber cabins, eat from a wood-fired kitchen, and fall asleep to water over stone.
Multi-day expeditions stage from here; day floats meet at the boat ramp your guide names the evening before — always the stretch fishing best that week, never the closest one.
